Travelling the Country- #1 Hamburg

 Okay, so the first city we visited on our list of day trips was Hamburg. I have been there before a lot of times but some sight seeing anyway. It was mostly walking around in the sun, we enjoyed ourselves a lot.

 Yay to ferris wheels. Fun fact: The fun fair is called "Dom" which is the German word for cathedral and whenever my friends from hamburg talk about the  Dom I wonder why I have never been in it because I love old, opulant churches. One day I'll remember...

As you can see the weather was seriously lovely, we had a lot of fun!

Hamburg

A few days ago I was in Hamburg visiting my dear friend Sonja. While there we took a bus tour on one of those stereotypical touristy red busses. I wanted to take some nice picture but unfortunately it was raining cats and dogs. I still managed to take a few good ones though, I kind of like the effect of the rain drops on the bus window.

 Hamburg is a lovely city, those pictures do not give it credit but I still do like them. I had a great time with Sonja, we would like to see each other more often but Hamburg and Cologne is pretty far from each other.
